Houston, Texas – Harris County Precinct 4 officers arrested Alicia Muñoz, 23, for allegedly possessing drugs in her vehicle.
Authorities said an officer asked Muñoz to stop as he was driving down the 26000 block of Cypresswood Dr in north Houston.
When the officer stopped her, he detected a “strong” smell of marijuana and began to search the vehicle, according to a statement from Precinct 4.
In the registry, several types of drugs were found such as: 17.7 grams of Xanax, 0.035 oz of THC oil, 29.7 grams of Effexor XR, and marijuana.
An investigation into Muñoz revealed that he had several open court orders, including one for parole for possession of a controlled substance.
The woman was arrested and taken to the Harris County Jail. A court set him a bond of $ 2,500.
