Dallas, Texas – James Faith, 49, and his wife were walking their pets at 7:30 a.m. at 1000 Waverly Street in Dallas when a man approached them.
“I heard the gunshots and came to see what happened,” said this neighbor who preferred to remain anonymous. I add that the suspect shot Faith and escaped which terrifies the neighbors.
“It’s scary because I had left at that time, I went to work, and maybe it could have happened to me,” said Gladys Fernández, who is in shock at the death of her dear neighbor.
Neighbors described the assailant as an African American male, but this description was not confirmed by the Dallas police. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in this case and are even offering a reward for information leading to an arrest. To report I called 214-373-3532.
