An arctic cold front approaches North Texas in the next few hours

Dallas, Texas – An arctic cold front will be passing through the Metroplex this Sunday night and Monday. This cold will bring heavy rains that are already in North Texas and a drastic drop in temperatures.

According to the National Weather Service, the cold front will arrive and continue to move southeast through the night.

Drizzle and light rain will develop across much of the area, especially after midnight. Temperatures will drop as low as 40 degrees Monday morning in parts of North Texas.

Tomorrow, Monday, 90% rain is expected in North Texas.
