Former NFL footballer Rob Gronkowski has signed a contract with WWE according to The Wrap. The so-called “Gronk” should also debut at Smackdown on March 20 and be present at Wrestlemania 36. WWE has not formalized Gronkowski’s signing and debut but has published an article that strongly suggests confirmation from them.
Regarding the contract itself, it was noted during WWE Backstage that the agreement is almost finalized. Finally, regarding Wrestlemania 36, plans currently do not include a match for Gronkowski but only an appearance.
As a reminder, Gronk made an appearance during Wrestlemania 33 to help Mojo Rawley so that he won the fourth edition of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
