Netflix and WWE Studios have released the first official trailer for the movie The Main Event. He premiere of the feature film on the Netflix platform is scheduled for the next Friday, April 10.

The film, aimed at children and adolescents, is starring Seth Carr, Ken Marino, Tichina Arnold, and Adam Pally, and has the confirmed participation of several WWE Superstars like The Miz, Kofi Kingston, Otis, Keith Lee or Sheamus.

The film has been filmed in Vancouver during the past year. Also, both the WWE Performance Center like the campus of Full Sail University, are also scenarios where the length has been recorded.

WWE has published a brief statement on its official website, where it offers a small synopsis of the ribbon:

When 11-year-old Leo Thompson (Seth Carr) discovers a magical fighting mask that gives him superpowers, he wears it to participate in a WWE competition. WWE Superstars React To Official Trailer Premiere

After the premiere of the official trailer for The Main Event, several of the WWE Superstars have taken the opportunity to comment on it through messages on their social networks. The Miz, who is participating for the first time in a Netflix production, he was very excited with the news while Corey Graves even now asked to be awarded an Oscar for his performance.
