WWE continues to offer new shows to promote its next great event Wrestlemania 36, next April 4 and 5 at the Performance Center in Orlando. Now it’s FOX Sports 1 who will be giving one of WWE’s past shows, the first to be done in 2020.
The company has announced that the FOX sports network will broadcast the last Royal Rumble event on Tuesday, March 31. The transmission will be complete, and a posteriori a new WWE Backstage show will air, the studio show hosted by Renee Young.
The Royal Rumble 2020 took place on January 26 Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas. Drew McIntrye and Charlotte Flair were the winners of this year’s royal battles.
FOX Joins ESPN to Broadcast Old WWE Shows
It is not the first network to also air major old WWE events. FOX Sports 1 joins ESPN, which announced that it would air several Wrestlemania events in the coming weeks as a prelude to a new edition of the show of the company’s shows. They have already broadcast the week Wrestlemania 30, this week will broadcast the 32nd edition, and on the 5th, before Wrestlemania 36, they will broadcast the 2019 edition.
