AEW announces first clashes for Bash at the Beach

During the broadcasts of AEW Dynamite Anniversary through TNT, the first three clashes that will take place at Bash at the Beach, the special episode that the company will broadcast next week, have been announced.

The most prominent match will be the team fight between Maxwell Jacob Friedman and The Butcher and the Blade (Pepper Parks and Andy Williams) against QT Marshall, Dustin Rhodes, and Diamond Dallas Page, who will play his first official showdown since 2016. DDP suffered a new verbal exchange with MJF and his bodyguard Wardlow, who ended up beating when The Butcher and The Blade appeared to support Friedman.

Another of the clashes announced is a women’s tag team match between Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida against Nightmare Collective, represented by Awesome Kong and Melanie Cruise. The team led by Brandi Rhodes appeared this week during the starting fight between Riho and Statlander, attacking both competitors during the confrontation. After the match, Big Swole and Hikaru Shida ran into the ring to help the two superstars.

Finally, an individual meeting between PAC and Darby Allin was announced. The latter has not participated in this week’s broadcasts. However, PAC was present attacking Michael Nakazawa in order to pressure Kenny Omega to both disputes a new hand in hand, as has happened in recent weeks.

The special episode of AEW Dynamite Bash at the Beach will take place on January 15 from the Watsco Center of Coral Gables, Miami, Florida. Next, we review the list of announced fights again.
