Lance Archer must have debuted last Wednesday in a new episode of AEW Dynamite in Denver, Colorado. However, the former New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) ex-star did not appear at any time, even in the AEW Dark recordings, leaving many fans in doubt.
This is because AEW creatives have changed plans with Archer’s debut, as journalist Dave Meltzer has advanced on the latest Wrestling Observer radio show. Meltzer has assured that there have been no problems with his contract and with his incorporation, but a change of creative course, and that he will be present very soon.
Rumors suggest that Archer could be the mysterious client that had hired Jake “The Snake” Roberts, who made his AEW debut last Wednesday by surprise and announced that he has hired a wrestler who will change the entire company. This rumor has not been confirmed, despite not being ruled out.
Lance Archer, despite making clear a few days ago that his debut was that Wednesday, used his Twitter account to confirm that he was not even in the backstage of the program and that his debut will have to wait. At the moment, we do not know on what date the American wrestler will debut.
Dear IWC. You guys are too much sometimes. (In a good way). ((Sometimes))
