During the AEW Revolution pay-per-view broadcasts on Fite TV and B/R Live, it has been announced that All Elite Wrestling will provide a special Dynamite episode in March under the name “Blood & Guts”.
After the first confrontation of the PPV day between Jake Hager and Dustin Rhodes, All Elite Wrestling presented a promotional brief of what will be the company’s next television special. The AEW Dynamite episode of March 25 will be called Blood & Guts and will be held from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
As an interesting fact, the name could refer to a phrase by WWE chairman Vince McMahon, who clarified on more than one occasion that he is not a “blood and gut company”.

All Elite Wrestling to use the WarGames match
The most interesting aspect of the announcement made by All Elite Wrestling is the emphasis they have decided to give to the main attraction of Blood & Guts. “Two quadrilaterals, a giant cage, you know the rest, is war”, were the words with which AEW confirmed the realization of a Wargames match for this special episode.
So far, the company has not confirmed an official name for the stipulation within its ranks, nor the participants that will be part of this first edition.
It should be noted that WWE obtained the rights of the WarGames match last February 2019. The company managed to win a legal dispute against Major League Wrestling after this company reserved the patents for the stipulation in 2007, starting to be used in other companies such as IMPACT or CZW.
One aspect of which All Elite Wrestling could defend itself when using this type of contest is that it was Dusty Rhodes, the father of executive vice president Cody, who created it in 1987 for the National Wrestling Alliance.
