Spring has arrived and with it comes many changes in our skin, we must take care of it because it protects us at every step we take. We suddenly forget that caring for every part of the body is essential.

Keep hydrated legs in hot season It is not impossible and although it may seem so, I know that there is a solution to this terrible problem.

If you live in an area near the beach you know how complicated this is, because the heat absorbs every drop of water in your body, so it is important to drink water constantly.

The legs, at least in my body, are easily hangover in hot weather and taking care of them is a show, but it’s always worth it. Smooth and hydrated skin says it all. Keep legs hydrated in the heat, how? With this mask!

This is a mask that has worked quite well for me and my skin has accepted it wonderfully, so I hope your legs stay hydrated in the heat.

All you will need is olive oil, no more!

The ideal is to do this before taking a bath, I leave it overnight and in the morning I rinse in the shower.

Spread olive oil on your legs and massage gently so that the skin absorbs it much better.

Repeat every night and look forward to the results. Little by little you will realize that your legs shine and stay in perfect condition.
