Many notice that after eight weeks at home, the mood is slowly sinking. We finally want to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather, and meet friends. But we still have to be patient and make the best of the situation as long as possible. Don’t let the bad mood and the small depressive phases pull you down, but do something about it. These three simple exercises immediately help you get out of the deep hole of loneliness and the bad mood.

To go for a walk

That’s how easy it can be. Go for a walk for at least half an hour every day and soak up a lot of suns if possible. This is how you replenish your vitamin D supply, get your circulation going again and see something different than your own four walls. You will notice that the new routine quickly lifts the mood. Our tip: Put your headphones in your ears and listen to a podcast. So walking is twice as much fun.

To jog

This is not a revolutionary tip either, but it is so effective that we would like to share it with you again. When jogging, happiness hormones are released, which – as the name suggests – make us happy. This does not mean that you have to run a half marathon in the evening after work. Take it easy, jog a bit, run a little bit in between and just enjoy the fresh air. In addition, you do something good for your body and also burn a few calories.

Group workouts

Courses in the gym or yoga class are unfortunately canceled. Nevertheless, you should not lose social contact with others, because doing sports together is even more fun. So either meet a person from your circle of friends for outdoor sports together or join virtual sports offers. There are now many fitness trainers on Instagram or Facebook who offer their sports courses by video.
