Gwinnett County forms 'United Nations' to confront crime and hate

GWINNETT, Georgia – The Gwinnett County Attorney General’s Office announced the formation of a group called “3.16 United Nations” for the purpose of fighting crime and hate.

Attorney General Brian Whiteside reported that the purpose of the plan is to ensure the protection of all communities

“We want to reach out to the various Gwinnett groups to emphasize that we are available for their needs,” he said.

The spokesperson explained that once the main problems in the community are identified, “we will move forward and contact the appropriate agency to prevent crime or react immediately to crimes.”

The group was named in honor of the people who died in the March shootings at three massage centers located in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
