LOS ANGELES, California – An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 was recorded near Pacoima, 22 miles northeast of The Angels, this Thursday at 4:30 am and was felt in various areas of southern California, according to him U.S. Geological Survey (USGS, for its acronym in English).

So far, at least nine aftershocks between 4.3, 3.3, 2.3.2.2, and up to 1.1 magnitudes are reported in less than 20 minutes.

The seismic movement was felt in several cities in Los Angeles and even in Orange County.

Authorities have reported no victims or structural damage so far.
