Los Angeles, California – Santa Ana police have asked for the community’s help to identify and trace the whereabouts of a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old Hispanic minor in Orange County.
The incident occurred on Saturday when the victim, described as a minor under 15, was walking through the downtown area of Santa Ana “when the suspect approached her” and “walked with his bicycle with the victim” to the 1200 block. from N. Main Street, according to a statement issued Tuesday by police.
After walking closely with the minor, “the suspect sexually assaulted the victim,” the police reported without offering details about the type of assault committed.
Police described the suspect as a male, Hispanic, approximately 40 years old, 5’6 “tall, with a brown beard and mustache. The man was last seen wearing a red and white checkered short-sleeved shirt. black jeans, dark shoes, and a blue cap with a white logo engraved on the front.
