Los Angeles, California – A six-year-old boy was struck by a man on a motorcycle who fled after the incident in a residential area of ​​Sylmar, reported the Los Angeles Police (LAPD).

The family asks the community to help identify the person responsible who left the minor seriously injured. “When I sit down it hurts a little,” says six-year-old Kaden González, who was run over on October 24 while skateboarding near his home.

” I heard my son screaming, crying, and his father crying and screaming. Surveillance video captured the moment in which the motorcyclist attacks the boy and the impact throws him against the pavement. “At the moment we are looking for the cooperation of the community to help us find this person, ” said Lisette Fuentes, LAPD detective, and recalled that “it is the law that they have to stop, give their information, provide help.”

The motorcyclist is described as a 20 to 28-year-old Latino, 5’6 “tall, with black hair.

Los Angeles Police are offering a $ 25,000 reward to anyone who provides clues leading to the identification and putting behind bars of a motorcyclist who ran over a 6-year-old boy in the city of Sylmar and fled the scene without assisting the boy.
