14-year-old San Francisco girl missing; police ask public's help

Police are asking the community to help locate a 14-year-old teenager who has been missing in the northern San Francisco neighborhood for almost a week.

The minor, identified as Katlin Gallaread, left her home between 8:00 pm on February 16 and 1:30 pm on February 17, reported the San Francisco Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit.

Katlin resides in San Francisco’s Northern District and she is known to frequent Safeway, located on the 1300 block of Webster Street, the Target store on the 2600 block of Geary Boulevard and the Japan town area.

Anyone who sees Katlin should contact their local law enforcement agency. Please be prepared to provide her current location and clothing description.
